Healthy dishes: chicken with orange on the Asian way
Ingredients:
1 fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon sprayed orange
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil or canola
2 chicken breast cut into cubes
1 cup broccoli flowers
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 Kusa, diced
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper clipCoriander and orange slices for decoration
1 tablespoon plus starch tablespoon water mixed well
1 packet prepared eggs and noodles according to package instructions
Method:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, put orange juice with pepper flakes and sprayed orange, soy, salt, garlic and brown sugar. Leave the mixture to a boil and add starch. Using hand flapping stir well and add the rest of the seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and set aside.2. In a large skillet over medium heat, put the amount of oil, add flowers broccoli, carrots, squash, sweet peppers, onions and volatility of 4-5 minutes. Add the chicken pieces into the mix and leave to mature.3. To the pan add the amount of noodles prepared and half of the orange juice with spices, stirring well. The amount is divided into four dishes. Adorned with slices of orange and coriander. With an additional amount of orange sauce.
